Power Team hydraulic in-line valves provide reliable control, safety, and system protection for high-pressure hydraulic circuits. Designed for use with cylinders, clamps, and multi-cylinder systems, these valves support smooth load handling, controlled sequencing, and precise pressure management.

Load-Lowering Valve

• Application: Precision metering for controlled cylinder piston return.
• Operation: Allows free flow during cylinder extension, then locks and holds the load in the raised position using Posi-Check® until the operator opens the valve. Return speed can be preset for consistent lowering or manually adjusted with each actuation.
• Ports: 3/8 in. NPTF
• Note: Relief valve setting is 830 bar (12,000 psi). Operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi).

Sequence Valve

• Application: Multi-cylinder systems where one cylinder must advance before another.
• Operation: Pump connects to port “P” and cylinders connect to ports “A” and “B.” Cylinder A advances first; cylinder B will not advance until the preset pressure is reached in cylinder A.
• Adjustable Settings: 35–550 bar (500–8,000 psi) (factory preset at 70 bar / 1,000 psi)
• Ports: 3/8 in. NPTF

Pressure Reducing Valve

• Application: Independent pressure control for two or more clamping systems powered from a single source.
• Operation: Enables different pressure levels at various stages of a system. Minimal leakage across the valve allows continuous pressure operation.
• Adjustable Outlet Pressure: 70–345 bar (1,000–5,000 psi) at port “B” (secondary)
• Ports: 1/4 in. NPTF

Counterbalance Valve

• Application: Double-acting cylinders requiring controlled lowering and positive load holding.
• Operation: Raises the load at full pump flow and holds it when the pump is shut off. During retraction, the valve holds the load until system pressure exceeds load pressure, then lowers smoothly without chatter. Designed for pumps with high-pressure flow rates up to 2.0 L/min (120 cu. in./min) and cylinder ratios of 3:1.

Metering Valve

• Application: Systems using large cylinders or long hydraulic hose runs.
• Operation: Controls surges by restricting flow if it exceeds 26.5 L/min (7 GPM). The valve automatically reopens once flow stabilises.
• Connections: 3/8 in. NPTF male end (threads into return port) and 3/8 in. NPTF female end (return hose connection)

In-Line Pressure Regulator Valve

• Application: Single- or double-acting cylinders requiring adjustable operating pressure below the pump relief setting.
• Operation: Easily adjustable to maintain pressure between 21–700 bar (300–10,000 psi), holding the selected pressure within ±3% over repeated cycles.
• Flow Range: 0.28 L/min to 23 L/min (17 cu. in./min to 6 GPM)

Relief Valve

• Application: Protects hydraulic circuits from over-pressurisation.
• Operation: Factory preset valves designed for a maximum flow rate of 19 L/min (5 GPM).
• Connections: 1/8 in. NPTF male port)
