The complete ‘All-in-One’ Collision Awareness System provides visual and audible warnings when tagged or untagged units enter designated ‘at-risk’ zones in heavy mining or construction environments.

When an object, stationary or moving, is within the detection zone, the operator receives a warning on the in-cab display. At the same time, an internal relay on the Tracking Radar System activates, which can trigger the Back-up Alarm, the Safety Light, the Work Lights, the Hexagon GPS Traffic Alert Sensor, and/or the Camera System. By triggering the safety systems only when necessary, this significantly reduces worksite desensitisation related to continuous back-up alarms and flashing safety lights.

The Hexagon system is scalable to Level 9 - Integration with broader traffic management solutions for seamless operations, automatically intervening to control machinery to prevent collisions. Adopting higher *EMESRT levels, particularly Level 9, can protect workers, reduce accidents, and increase productivity by preventing costly downtime caused by collisions.
