POSI-LOCK® high-tonnage hydraulic pullers are engineered for heavy-duty applications requiring high-force removal of large press-fit parts. Designed for safe, efficient operation, these pullers deliver exceptional reach, capacity, and flexibility for demanding industrial maintenance tasks.

• 100-ton capacity, with up to 1,270 mm reach and 1,778 mm spread for extra-large pulling requirements
• Hydraulic-actuated lift cart extends vertically up to 1.52 m for easy alignment with the workpiece
• Lifting brackets allow the puller to be removed from the cart and lifted into position as required
• Supplied with a PE55 Series lightweight two-stage electric pump, rated to 700 bar (10,000 psi) for dependable performance
• Single-acting cylinder rated to 700 bar (10,000 psi) with 260 mm stroke and spring return for smooth extension and retraction
  • Optional double-acting cylinder available
• Available in multiple configurations for maximum versatility: 2-jaw, vertical 2-jaw, 3-jaw, or 2/3-jaw combination
