Power Team Electric Hydraulic Pumps

All of the following pumps are two-speed models designed to drive both single- and double-acting cylinders.

Power Team electric/hydraulic pumps are engineered for faster cylinder extension and reliable high-pressure performance, with electric motors ranging from 1/4 hp to 10 hp. Capable of powering cylinders and tools up to 10 000 psi (700 bar), these pumps are renowned for durability and long service life. Continually refined for more than 40 years, many original units remain in operation today. Power Team also offers assemble-to-order (ATO) electric/hydraulic pumps, custom-built to meet the specific requirements of each application.

• PE/PB10 “Quarter Horse” Series – Featuring a 1/4 hp electric motor, these compact pumps are also available in a battery-powered version. With low noise levels and a lightweight design of just 20 lb, they are ideal for powering portable hydraulic spreaders, nut splitters, pipe flange spreaders, and similar tools.
• PE17 Series – CSA-rated for intermittent duty, these pumps are equipped with a 1/2 hp single-phase induction motor and operate at low noise levels of 67–81 dBA. They can be powered by smaller generators or low-amperage electrical circuits.
• PE46 Series – Powered by a 1-1/2 hp single-phase induction motor, these pumps operate at a moderate noise level of 77–81 dBA and are CSA-rated for intermittent duty.
• PE18 Series – CSA-rated for intermittent duty, these pumps feature a 1/2 hp single-phase universal motor with a noise level of 85–90 dBA. They deliver high performance at a competitive price point and have a low amperage draw.
• PE30 Series – Equipped with a 1 hp single-phase permanent magnet motor, these pumps operate at just 82–87 dBA. CSA-rated for intermittent duty and requiring relatively low voltage, they are well suited for general construction applications. A roll cage/handle protects the motor and controls.
• PE55 and PED25 Series – Featuring a 1-1/8 hp single-phase universal motor, these pumps operate at noise levels of 90–95 dBA and offer the best weight-to-performance ratio in the Power Team electric/hydraulic pump range. CSA-rated for intermittent duty, the PED25 models are dual-flow pumps that deliver identical low and high pressures to both valves. These versions operate at lower noise levels of 80–85 dBA and are powered by a 1-1/2 hp induction motor.
